Celebration of Life Gala

On March 9, 2024, Day After Foundation's Founder, Candice Stephens, attended the Celebration of Life Gala hosted by the Georgia Transplant Foundation (GTF). During the event, Candice took a moment to connect with Rebekah Moshiri, Director of Patient Services at GTF.

The Georgia Transplant Foundation is dedicated to supporting Georgia’s organ transplant community. Their mission is to bridge the gap between hope and opportunity by offering financial assistance, educational programs, and emotional resources to transplant recipients, donors, and their families. GTF works tirelessly to enhance the quality of life for individuals affected by organ transplantation, fostering a network of care and advocacy.
